Lately

All of these photos were taken on the iphone since there is something wrong with our camera battery and it will only keep a charge for like 5 seconds. Adam captured this sunrise a couple of mornings ago when he was up early with the babe. Isn't that amazing?!

Our little man is six weeks! He's been smiling a lot lately and it makes me happy:)

They might be funny smiles, but I like them.

We went up to Adam's family's cabin a couple of weekends ago. I've been wanting to get out and see the fall colors so it was perfect.

Grant loved exploring. He seems like a such a big kid to me these days.

I can't get enough of Davis's smiles.

Grant couldn't get enough of throwing rocks and more rocks and more rocks...such a boy.

Fishing with Grandpa

Supposedly foosball can entertain two year olds for hours...amazing.

More rock throwing...

This last series of pics made me laugh so I had to put them all on...

Grant wanted to read baby Davis the Lion King story...it took some tickling and some crying to make it happen but he did it:)

4 Weeks, the Pass of all Passes and AFV!

Davis is 4 weeks. I can't believe it. Time is already flying. Adam took all these pics with his iphone, so they're not the best but they'll do. I think I have 400 pictures of the first month of Grant's life and this little man hasn't even gotten real pics on a real camera, poor guy. Do you love his receding hair line? It's all falling out and now he has a total comb over, it's awesome.

So there's this pass that gives you unlimited access for an entire year to Trafalga, Liberty Land, and Seven Peaks! It's called "the pass of all passes" and it's only $39 a person and kids under 3 are FREE! So we got it, and we love it. We've already been to Liberty Land a couple of times and it's totally Grant's new favorite place. Liberty land (it's actually Trafalga Lehi now, I think Trafalga bought them out) is great, it has mini golf, a roller coaster, carousel, bumper cars, race track, bumper boats, a climbing wall, lazer tag, flying airplanes, tons of arcade games, a playground, etc. It's pretty close to our house so I'm sure we'll be mini golfing often. Grant is getting quite good with the club. And Adam and I are excited to have date night at Seven Peaks...I haven't been there for years.

America's Funniest Videos is Grant's new favorite show. He's always asking to watch "the funny show." He totally cracks up at the videos which makes me laugh. This is a pic of him watching AFV!

Labor Day

Labor Day weekend we took a quick trip to Bear Lake with my family, and we camped...I took my 3 week old camping...am I crazy? It actually wasn't that bad and ended up being quite a fun little get-a-way.

Grant was LOVING this shovel and digging in the sand. He could have played on the beach for days and been perfectly happy.

The kiddos running wild - Isaac, Haley, Lucy, Gracie, Olive and my man Grant.

There is this great little stream on the property that the kids love to play in. It keeps them exploring for hours.

Grant has seriously been wanting to roast marshmallows all summer and we finally did it. He was in heaven.

Oh, and Adam took all these photos with his new iphone, since our camera was dead, of course. He's pretty much obsessed with that little thing.
