The boys' favorite thing to do...roast stuff on the fire, doesn't matter what it is, sticks in the fire is heaven for those two. A couple of weeks ago, well it was probably almost a month ago we had some friends over for dinner and marshmallow roasting. Spring is in the air!!
Grant started soccer last week. He was nervous at first, but when he realized he got to wear awesome shin guards and run around and kick balls he was all over it. The video clip at the bottom of the post is of his first game when he got a couple of kicks in. And at one point during the game he said, "Mom I want to play soccer all summer!"

What fun! I have been wanting to get one of those little patio fire pits but I don't think our back patio is quite big enough. Someday. It would be so fun on a warm night to roast marshmallows.
On another note, the friends you had over looked like my old friend Christie Burningham? Small world?
We love soccer and roasting marshmellows also! Watching little ones play soccer is so funny and cute!
How is Grant old enough to be on a soccer team?!! Love! the fire looks so fun, a great way to spend summer nights. Davis is looking like such a kid too, not a baby anymore. Thanks for sharing!
